Expired Availability Definitions

If an availability definition refers to days that already passed, then it is considered to be an expired availability definition:
  • The "Rule is valid until" day of an Availability Rule already passed.
  • The "Date" of a Single Day Availability already passed.
  • The "To day" or the "On day" of a Non-Availability already passed.

If Availability Rules expire, they will be marked with a red "Expired" label. You can either delete them (click on the dustbin icon), or you can extend them by editing the "Rule is valid until" dates.

If Single Day Availabilities or Non-Availabilities expire, they will automatically be removed from the list.
